HSBC have a wide range of digital banking services, however some of their customers still prefer to do banking the old fashioned way. They know about digital banking and have been told about the services time and time again but are stuck in their ways and don’t see a benefit to switch. To engage a disenchanted audience we reinvented the way they saw digital banking. We created a range of juices each with flavours linked to individual benefits of our services, this gave customers a new perspective on digital banking and got them to sign up.
